1999 Gypsy Vanner Mare

Imported from Ireland 2004

Ailish is our 14.3 hh Gypsy Vanner mare. She was imported from Ireland in January 2004 along with Kiah.  She is a very elegant mare, with tons of mane, tail and feathering!  She has a very high play drive, and loves to express herself during play sessions.

She is very well built, but not extremely stocky. One of her most interesting features is her eyebrow spot above her left eye.  It adds to her playful horsinality.

Ailish gave birth to a beautiful healthy filly on Good Friday, April 9, 2004. We have named her Lilikoi, which is Hawaiian for "Passion Fruit."  The following year, on June 27, 2005, Zaira was born.  Zaira is a variation of Sarah, which means princess.  Exactly one year later, on June 27, 2006, Ailish had another filly.  We named her Isabella, and she is full sister to Zaira.
